We do not use cookies for advertising or visitor analytics, and we do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. This may include your IP address, browser and device information, the pages or files requested, request times, and error or security information. We use this information to operate the website, troubleshoot problems, and prevent abuse. Hosting records are subject to the provider's applicable retention settings. When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use that information to respond and handle your request. Our email service provider processes correspondence on our behalf. Please avoid sending sensitive information or personal information about children.

We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and related records, or to meet applicable legal obligations. You can ask us to delete correspondence by emailing the privacy contact above; we may retain information where necessary to comply with law or resolve a dispute.

Free story activities

The Critter Card is a downloadable PDF. Your drawings, answers, and family stories stay with you; the website does not upload or receive what you write on the activity. A request to open or download the file may appear in ordinary hosting records. We do not currently maintain a public download or print counter.

Amazon and other external links

Book purchase links take you to Amazon. Purchases, payment information, and Amazon account activity are handled by Amazon under its own privacy practices. Gentle Tales does not collect payment details through this website. Other websites linked from our pages have their own privacy policies.

Children and family use

Our stories and activities are intended for families to enjoy together. We do not provide child accounts, chat, uploads, or forms asking children for personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, please contact us so we can review and address it.
